Recommendations are adjusted as your body responds, and support is available between visits so care doesn’t stop when the appointment ends.

From a time standpoint, care is designed to fit into real life. You’ll have scheduled visits, support between visits, and periodic data review, but you won’t be required to constantly track, optimize, or overhaul everything at once. The level of involvement can change over time, and we’ll adjust pacing based on what’s reasonable and sustainable for you.

Does "Unscripted" mean you're against using pharmaceuticals?

While we cannot prescribe medications, we recognize that they are sometimes necessary and play a crucial role in managing certain health conditions. Our approach prioritizes exploring other options first, supporting your body systems to reduce or avoid the need for pharmaceuticals. We help you discuss the risks and benefits of such treatments and work to maintain balance when starting them, ensuring they are most effective with the fewest unintentional effects. We aim to address the root causes of health issues and support overall wellness by using a balanced array of treatments, including nutrition, lifestyle changes, and natural therapies. When pharmaceuticals are needed, we educate our patients about their effects and work to mitigate any potential nutrient deficiencies or other issues they might cause.

We provide information and guidance to support your overall wellness journey and help you make intentional and informed decisions about your health.
